I did yoga nidra on the app today I often do it by Jason Stephenson on YT, and I must say this one on the app (Yoga nidra A) is very gentle. No music, no connection to the breath (which I always did with other yoga nidra). Very light but powerful meditation.
I am curious if anyone else practices yoga nidra more often than other types of meditations?
Yoga Nidra is one of my most used meditations. I use it nearly every night to help me fall asleep. I, too, love the FitMind version, as it’s no fluff. Lately, I’ve been doing 20-minute sessions after lunch, which helps with the “rest and digest” response and gives me energy throughout the afternoon.
I love Yoga Nidra! It’s definitely in my “favorites” section. I usually practice it in the evening because I feel it helps me wind down after the day’s activities.
