Start from the beginning when you fall off the wagon?

hey everyone. excited this forum is open. i’ve been using the app a few months and keep restarting the trainings lol. does anyone else get stuck thinking they ‘should start from the beginning’ every time they fall off?

Yep. I used to restart all the time. Now I just pick up where I left off. No finish line. Showing up in whatever capacity you can will help form the habit.

ah, this is good to hear. i fall into that same loop of ‘okay, i messed up… guess i need to restart everything’. i like what you said about there being no finish line. i’m going to try that approach.

Hi Sarah, welcome to FitMind Club! Starting over with one of the 30-day programs is a good idea if you’ve been away from meditating for a while. It can really help re-establish the daily meditation routine. If you miss only a few days, though, I’d just continue from where you were, unless you want to restart, of course! Whatever helps you keep showing up regularly. :slightly_smiling_face:
