More Bliss in the New Year

Hi everyone! As the new year begins, I want to start on the right foot. Rather than setting big goals, I’m focusing on one small, steady commitment that helps me feel more grounded day to day.

Tomorrow I plan to begin Day 1 of the 30 Days of Meditation, Science & Bliss course to reset my attention and establish a rhythm for the year ahead. I like this course because it’s practical and not overcomplicated, with interesting science tidbits woven in to bring it all together. The first time I did it, there were noticeable positive side effects. :sparkles:

I’m in too. I was already planning to redo a 30-day course and use it as a way to start the year off on the right foot. Nice to do it alongside others.

Thanks for sharing this, Ashley. I got a lot out of this course when I did it last year. Even if someone’s a bit late to the party, there’s never a bad time to restart this course.

This is a great reminder. I’ve been recommending this program to all my clients (I’m a therapist) who are looking for a structured, positive way to start the new year. :raising_hands:
