Hi everyone! As the new year begins, I want to start on the right foot. Rather than setting big goals, I’m focusing on one small, steady commitment that helps me feel more grounded day to day.
Tomorrow I plan to begin Day 1 of the 30 Days of Meditation, Science & Bliss course to reset my attention and establish a rhythm for the year ahead. I like this course because it’s practical and not overcomplicated, with interesting science tidbits woven in to bring it all together. The first time I did it, there were noticeable positive side effects. ![]()
